At ShezoraKart, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to help.

Return Request Period

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with the original packaging.

A valid unboxing video is compulsory for all return or exchange requests. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.

You will also need your order details or proof of purchase to raise a return request.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please check your order when you receive it.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us immediately with your unboxing video and order details. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without an unboxing video

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

Exchanges

We only provide exchanges in cases of:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

An unboxing video is required for exchange approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be sent to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account.

Refunds are usually completed within 8–15 working days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
